负泊松比多胞材料的面内动态冲击仿真研究
In-plane Dynamic Impact Simulation of Cellular Materials with Negative Poisson's Ratio
摘要
Abstract
Cellular materials were often used as transport packaging materials for high-precision mechanical equipment to prevent damage caused by transport turbulence.The concave triangle structure with negative Poisson's ratio(NPR)was taken as the research object.Based on explicit dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA,the finite element model of axial impact with different concave forms were established, and the model were verified.The influence of different concave forms on the platform stress and the specific energy was studied.Results show that the concave form has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the multi-cell structure.The single-side concave structure has a large platform stress,and the upper and lower symmetrical structure has a long and stable platform area.By designing the reasonable concave form,it can be applied to more working conditions.关键词
