Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of crown lengthening to improve the aesthetic effect of anterior teeth restoration. Methods 80 patients with anterior teeth restoration admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were treated with crown lengthening technique to compare the aesthetic effects before and after treatment. Results After investigation, 72 cases in this study met the CLASS Ⅱ standard of Kay's tooth aesthetics classification and could reach the CLASS Ⅱ～Ⅰ cosmetic standard after surgery. The aesthetic effect of anterior teeth after restoration was satisfactory. Conclusion In the process of restoration of anterior teeth, crown lengthening can improve the beauty, achieve the purpose of accurate restoration design, promote the refinement of operation, and improve the beauty effect under the condition of oral health care.关键词
