Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of family physician contract service on the self-management ability of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods From September 2014 to September 2016, 150 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group (n=75) and control group (n=75). The patients in the control group received routine intervention. The patients in the observation group received the intervention of family doctor contract service. The indexes of glucose metabolism, body mass index and self-management of patients before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in blood sugar and body mass index between the two groups (P＞ 0.05). After intervention, the improvement of each index in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of self-management items between the two groups (P＞ 0.05). After the intervention, the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Providing family doctor contract service for type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve the blood sugar level of patients and improve their self-management ability, which is of great significance to the disease management of patients.关键词
