晚期胰腺癌预后的影响因素分析
Risk factors and prognosis of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of prognosis in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods Totally 227patients with advanced pancreatic cancer admitted to Chinese PLA General Hospital from 2010 to 2017 were included in our study.There were 142 males and 85 females with age ranging from 31 to 79 years old.Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank testing were applied for univariate analysis, and Cox proportional hazard modal was used for multivariate analysis.Results The median overall survival time was 8.5 months.Univariate analysis showed that KPS, smoking, the number of organ metastasis, liver metastasis and baseline CA199 level were the risk factors of the prognosis of patients.And multivariate analysis showed that KPS (HR=2.32, P=0.001) and baseline CA199 level (HR=2.27, P=0.000) were the influencing risk factors.Conclusion Higher level of baseline CA199 and lower KPS are the risk factors of prognosis in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.关键词
