多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌膜孔蛋白OprD与标准敏感株同源建模的比较
Comparison of homologous modeling between Acinetobacter baumannii membrane porin OprD and standard drug-sensitive strain

Abstract
Objective To understand the model of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR-AB) membrane porin OprD and to compare it with standard drug-sensitive strain (SDF) .Methods Twenty-nine strains of MDR-AB isolated from the clinical sample were selected from November 2017 to May 2018.The Kirby Bauer diffusion method was used to detect its susceptibilities to antimicrobial agents;the nested-PCR was used to detect OprD, which was linked with DANMAN and performed the contrastive analysis by Blast.Results In the comparison between OprD in 29 strains of MDR-AB with SDF, the same mutation occurred, threonine (T) at 98 site was mutated into alanine (A) , and aspartic acid at 278 site was mutated into glycine (G) , which were submitted to swiss-model for constructing the model, theβ-barrel structure mutation was obviously found.Conclusion The mutation occurs in membrane porin OprD of MDR-AB, moreover this mutation may be one of factors causing multidrug resistance of AB.关键词
