不同垂直骨面型上切牙牙槽骨密度的研究
Study of upper incisor alveolar bone density in different vertical facial types

Abstract
Objective To measure and analyze the alveolar bone mineral density of the maxillary incisor area in the patients with different vertical facial types by using the conical beam CT (CBCT) .Methods Sixtyfour patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the orthodontic department of the stomatology hospital of the North China University of Science and Technology.Their ages ranged 14-45 years old.They were divided into the low angle group, even angle group and high angle group according to the mandibular plane angle measurement value.The labial cortical bone mineral density (BMD) , cancellous BMD and lingual cortical BMD of the maxillary central incisors and lateral incisors were measured by NewTom processing software, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The difference in alveolar BMD in the upper incisor area among different vertical facial types had statistical significance (P<0.05) , moreover the labia and lingual cortical and cancellous BMD of the lateral incisors was larger than that of the central incisors (P<0.05) .Conclusion There are differences in alveolar BMD of maxillary incisors area among different vertical facial types, which prompts that the orthodontic treatment in the patients with different vertical facial types should be treated with different orthodontic designs.The lateral incisor movement is more difficult than the central incisor.关键词
