Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage on respiratory function and inflammatory factors in the patients with bronchiectasis complicating infection.Methods Sixty patients with bronchiectasis complicating infection in the Anyue County People′s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time, pulmonary ventilation function indexes, blood gas analysis indexes and serum inflammatory factor indexes were compared between the two groups.Results (1) In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) . (2) In terms of the symptom relief time, the symptoms disappearing time of cough, fever and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05) . (3) In terms of pulmonary ventilation function indicators, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and other indicators after treatment in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05) , while FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) . (4) In terms of blood gas analysis indexes, PaO2 after treatment in the two groups was increased compared with before treatment (P<0.05) , while PaCO2 was decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05) , but the PaO2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) , and its PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) . (5) In terms of serum inflammatory factors, CRP, IL-6 and PCT levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05) , while the levels of CRP, IL-6 and PCT in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage can effectively increase the clinical effect in the patients with bronchiectasis complicating infection, promotes the relief of clinical symptoms, improves their respiratory function, and inhibits the body inflammatory reaction.关键词
