Abstract
Objective To investigate the immunological pathogenesis and clinical significance of child Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) by detecting the changes of immune cells, immunoglobulin and complement in peripheral blood.Methods Two hundred and eighty childred cases of definitely diagnosed HSP treated in the hospital from September 2017 to April 2018 were collected, meanwhile 50 children of the same age undergoing healthy physical examination were also collected as the healthy control group.The changes of T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocytes and NK cells were detected by adopting the flow cytometry assay.The levels of immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE, complement C3 and C4 were detected by adopting the velocity scatter turbidimetry.Results Compared with the healthy control group, the number of T lymphocytes CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD16+CD56+NK cells in the HSP children patients were decreased significantly (P<0.05) , while there were no different change in the number of CD19+lymphocytes (P>0.05) .But the proportion of CD19+lymphocytes subsets was increased significantly (P<0.05) , the proportion of CD16+CD56+NK cells was decreased significantly (P<0.05) .The eproportions of other lymphocytes had no different changes (P>0.05) .The levels of immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE and immunoglobulin C3 were significantly increased (P<0.05) , and complement C4 had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) .Conclusion Children patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura have immune dysfunction, which is manifested by cellular immunity and NK cells mediated innate immune function downregulation.关键词
