皖南地区O型血孕妇血清IgG抗体效价与新生儿溶血症的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between blood group antibody valence in pregnant women of blood type O with hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN) , and to investigate the clinical significance of antibody valence.Methods The valences of serum IgG anti-A and anti-B antibodies were detected by the micro-column gel immunology assay.The test results of ABO blood group antibody valence detection from January 2016 to December 2017 were performed the statistics for investigating the distribution rule of IgG anti-A and anti-B antibody valences.Moreover the correlation between antibody valence with infantile blood group and HDN was analyzed.Results The distribution difference of IgG anti-A and anti-B antibody valences in pregnant women of blood group O had no statistical difference.The antibody valence in pregnant women had the positive correlation with HDN occurrence, the correlation coefficiency r=0.524, the difference of HDN occurrence between blood group A and B infants had no statistical significance.The area under the ROC curve (AUC) for the antibody valence diagnosing HDN was 0.723 and the cut-off value was 1:96.Conclusion The distribution rule for pregnant women of blood group O producing IgG anti-A and anti-B antibody valence has no statistical difference.The middle degree of positive correlation exists between antibody valence of pregnant women and HDN occurrence and the IgG antibody valence ≥1:128 has more clinical significance.关键词
