摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the significance of fecal hemoglobin (Hb) combined with transferring (TF) for detecting fecal occult blood in screening complicating gastrointestinal bleeding in the patients with malignant tumor. Methods Three hundreds and sity-three cases of fecal sample were collected from the inpatients of the oncology department and other 100 cases of fecal sample were collected from the healthy controls. The samples from the subjects were performed the fecal occult blood test by adopting the colloidal gold diagnostic test strip and transferrin colloidal gold test strip. Results The positive detection rates of hemoglobin occult blood test and transferrin test in the tumor patients were all lower than those of the combined test, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) .The positive detection rate of hemoglobulin occult blood test, transferrin test and combined test in tumor patients was higher than that in healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .The positive detection rates of hemoglobulin occult blood test, transferrin test and combined test in the patients with digestive tract tumor were all higher than those of the patients with non-digestive tract tumor, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion The fecal TF detection has higher detection rate in gastrointestinal bleeding. The Hb and TF combined detection has an important clinical application value for increasing the detection rate in the patients with malignant tumor complicating digestive tract bleeding.关键词
