Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of rhinovirus (RhV) on daytime respiratory tract symptoms and serum IL-1βand IL-12 levels in asthmatic children.Methods One hundred and eight children patients with rhinitis infection asthma admitted to this hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the observation group.Contemporaneous 108 non-RhV-infected children patients with asthma were selected as the control group.All children patients aged 2.3-5.1 years old with an average age of (3.3±0.8) years old.The difference of daytime respiratory tract symptoms between the two groups was observed and the difference of respiratory tract RhV expression was detected by RT-PCR.The difference of serum IL-1βand IL-12 expression was detected by ELISA.Results The symptoms of cough, wheezing, breathing difficulty and buzzing in the lungs in the experimental group were significantly aggravated compared with the control group (P<0.05) .The serum expression levels of IL-1βand IL-12 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion RhV infection can aggravate daytime respiratory tract symptoms in asthmatic children and promotes the expression of serum immune inflammatory factors IL-1β and IL-12.关键词
