摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the plasma differential components in the patients with different stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and to probe the pathogenesis of CKD in order to provide a basis for previous diagnosis.Methods The metabonomic method based on HPLC-Q/TOF technology was used to draw the plasma metabolic profiles in the patients with CKD stageⅠ-Ⅲ, ⅣandⅤand healthy controls.The data mode recognition of single factor analysis of variance, multiple testing and principal component were performed by using the Agilent MPP 12.1software.The plasma differential compounds in each group were sought.The structures of different compounds were identified and the metabolic pathways were analyzed.Results The multivariate statistical analysis results showed that the plasma samples in the patients with different stages of CKD had obvious difference, and 27different compounds in the plasma such as sphingosine, taurine, protoporphyrinⅨwere found.Conclusion The metabolic pathways of bilirubin circulation, sheath lipid metabolism and steroid metabolism in plasma of the patients with different stages of CKD appear the disorder, this study provides reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CKD.
