Analysis on diagnostic value of 7 infectious indexes in complicating bacterial infection in patients with tumor

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relation between the white blood cell count (WBC), neutrophil granulocyte ratio (NEU), neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), monocyte ratio (MON), C-reactive protein (CRP), D-dimer (DD) and fibrinogen (FIB) with complicating bacterial infections in the patients with tumor.Methods The tumor patients with bacterial infection judged by bacterial culture and clinic and normal liver function were selected and divided into the Gram-positive bacterial infection group and Gram-negative bacterial infection group.The tumor patients without bacterial infection served as the non-bacterial infection group.The detection results of WBC, NEU, NLR, MON, CRP, DD and FIB were collected.Results The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis showed that WBC, NEU, MON, NLR, CRP, DD and FIB had a certain diagnostic value in the tumor patients with complicating bacterial infection (the area under curve＞0.5).No matter whether WBC increased, the levels of CRP, DD, NLR and NEU were significantly increased, moreover the difference between WBC increase time phase and the levels of above indexes when WBC was normal had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The changes of CRP, DD, NLR and NEU can be used as relatively accurate assessment indicators of complicating bacterial infections in tumor patients.关键词
