和肽素对急性心肌梗死早期诊断价值的Meta分析
Meta analysis on early diagnosis value of copeptin in acute myocardial infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of copeptin in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods The Meta analysis was adopted.The English databases of PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang, etc.were retrieved.The studies on copeptin in early diagnosis of (AMI) were screened out from their establishment to June 2018.And the analysis was performed by adopting the Meta-disc1.4software.Results A total of10articles were included, involving 6 438study subjects.According to the stochastic effect model, the sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and area under the curve (AUC) of copeptin for early diagnosing AMI were 85％, 56％, 2.69, 0.28and 0.917respectively.Conclusion Copeptin is highly sensitive in the early diagnosis of AMI, and can reduce the missed diagnosis rate, but the specificity is slightly poor.关键词
