幕下实性血管母细胞瘤的MRI诊断及鉴别诊断
MRI analysis and differential diagnosis of subtentorial solid hemangioblastoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the MRI analysis, differential diagnosis and MRI characteristics of subtentorial solid hemangioblastoma (HB). Methods The MRI data of 9 patients with HB confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were single, located in the left cerebellar hemisphere in 1 case, the right cerebellar hemisphere in 3 and cerebellar vermis in 5. Hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity on T2WI, DWI was hypointensity, with the signal of blood vessel inner or around the tumor, also showed obvious enhancement.Conclusion The MRI findings of subtentorial solid HB have some characteristics, which can improve the preoperative diagnosis rate.关键词
