摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between mean platelet volume-to-lymphocyte ratio (MPVLR) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods A total of 95 patients with ACS confirmed by coronary angiography (CAG) were enrolled as observation group, while 54 patients without coronary heart disease (CHD) who underwent CAG after admission to our hospital for suspicious CHD during the same period were selected as the control group.According to the SYNTAX score, the observation group was subdivided into low risk group (<23 points, n=57) and high risk group (≥23 points, n=38). General data of all patients were documented. In all patients, laboratory indicators such as the mean platelet volume (MPV), lymphocyte count and uric acid were detected and MPVLR was calculated. The independent predictive value of MPVLR for coronary artery lesions in ACS patients was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in age, male ratio, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, number of diseased vessels, left ventricular ejection fraction, creatinine, uric acid, and MPVLR in the three groups (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that number of diseased vessels and MPVLR were independent risk factors for severity of coronary artery lesions in ACS patients (P<0.05). Conclusion MPVLR is an independent risk factor for severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with ACS and can be used as one of predictors for the prognosis of those patients.关键词
