运动视力在年龄相关性白内障手术后的变化
Changes of motor vision after age-related cataract surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the changes of motor vision after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in age-related cataract patients. Methods Fifty-seven patients (114 eyes) with binocular age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in Cangzhou Eye Hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were examined for their best corrected visual acuity before and after surgery. Horizontal motion was measured under the best corrected binocular condition using a homemade dynamic visual acuity measuring instrument. Resolutionof motion target with speed of 1. 3 m/s. Results The difference of dynamic visual acuity before and after cataract surgery was statistically significant (P < 0. 05) . There was no significant difference in the range of dynamic visual acuity and static visual acuity before operation. Conclusions Age-related cataract patients showed more significant decline in motor vision, phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can effectively restore the motor vision of the elderly.关键词
