改良羊膜移植术治疗角膜溃疡的临床观察
Clinical observations of modified amniotic membrane transplantation for corneal ulcer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of amniotic membrane transplantation with continuous hemlock suture in the treatment of corneal ulcer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 patients who underwent amniocentesis for corneal ulcer surgery in the Department of Ophthalmology, Taihe Hospital, Shiyan city from September2017 to April 2018. The duration of amniocentesis, the degree of foreign body sensation in the patient's eyes, and surgical complications were recorded. Results In this study, 1 patient lost follow-up after surgery, and 11 patients had amniotic membrane detachment and suture removal time (15 ± 1. 5) d including 3 patients < 2 weeks. There were 8 cases at 2 weeks, among which 4 cases had> for 3 weeks. Postoperative complaints included 1 case of severe foreign body sensation, 3 cases of moderate foreign body sensation and 7 cases of mild foreign body sensation. After amniotic suture removal, the ulcer basically healed in 5 patients, 2 of the 6 patients without healing needed amniotic membrane transplantation again, and the remaining 4 patients continued the preoperative drug therapy. No ocular complications were observed during the follow-up. Conclusions Continuous amputation sutured amniotic membrane transplantation has the advantages of light stimulation, long duration of amnion retention, and close contact with the ocular surface. At the same time, the operation is simple and the operation time is short, which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical base.关键词
