Research progress on the protection of optic nerve in glaucoma
青光眼为世界上最常见的不可逆性致盲原因之一, 临床上对于青光眼的治疗方法主要为控制眼压, 但仅控制眼压并不能有效防止视网膜神经节细胞的病理性改变, 因此本文对青光眼近期的新疗法, 即视神经损害的相关方面进行综述.
Glaucoma is one of the most common causes of irreversible blindness in the world. Clinical treatment of glaucoma is mainly to control intraocular pressure, but only to control intraocular pressure can not effectively prevent the pathological changes of retinal ganglion cells. Therefore, this article focuses on the recent new treatment of glaucoma, summarized the related aspects of the optic nerve damage.
