Influencing factors and mechanism of lung development
摘要
Abstract
Significant progress has been made in the determinants of lung development and its pathogenesis.Abnormal lung development reduces the maximization of adult lung function and accelerates the decline of adult lung function, causing or exacerbating the incidence of respiratory diseases in susceptible people, Some of the causes of chronic pulmonary diseases such as asthma, COPD can be traced back to early life, even fetal stage. This review will explain the factors and mechanisms that affect lung development from two aspects: prenatal and postnatal, and provide the basis and train of thought for clinicians to explore the mechanism of lung disease from the perspective of development.关键词
