川渝8家医院医务工作者对慢性非传染性疾病营养治疗KAP(知识-态度-行为)的现况调查
Current status of knowledge-attitude-practice of nutritional therapy for chronic non-infectious diseases among medical workers from 8 hospitals in Sichuan-Chongqing region

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the current status of knowledge, attitude, and practice of nutritional therapy for chronic non-infectious diseases among medical workers from 8 hospitals in Sichuan-Chongqing region and the influencing factors for the scores of knowledge about nutritional therapy for chronic diseases. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used for the investigation of knowledge, attitude, and practice of nutritional therapy for chronic diseases among 764 medical workers. Results: The average score of the knowledge about nutritional therapy for chronic non-infectious diseases among the medical workers was 49.99±16.45 (out of 100), and there was a significant difference in this score between the medical workers with different education levels and professional titles. The average score of attitude towards nutritional therapy for chronic diseases was 89.22±11.95 (out of 100). There were fewer times of academic exchange and nutrition consultations on nutrition-related diseases in departments. Conclusion: In medical workers, the cognition of nutritional knowledge is proportional to education level, and they have an active attitude towards nutritional therapy for chronic disease. They are willing to learn nutrition knowledge from books and use such knowledge in clinical practice.关键词
