男性乳腺癌与女性乳腺癌临床病理学特征对比分析
Comparative analysis of the clinic pathological features of male breast cancer and female breast cancer

Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the clinical pathological features for male breast cancer, and compare them with female breast cancer. Methods: 27 cases of MBC from January 2005 to December 2017 diagnosed by pathological examination were retrospectively reviewed, and 655 cases of female breast cancer in 2017 were selected for comparative analysis. Results: Compared with female breast cancer, male breast cancer tend to develop at an older age (P ＜ 0.05), with higher estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) positive expression rate (P ＜ 0.05), meanwhile and lower P53 positive expression rate (P ＜ 0.05); Luminal B is the main molecular subtype of male breast cancer, and the proportion of various subtypes is quite different from that of female breast cancer (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:Male breast cancer and female breast cancer on the clinical features are not all the same, showing that they may have different in biological behaviors. The importance of early discovery and early diagnosis for early treatment and prognosis improvement in men is just like breast cancer in women.关键词
