柴黄清胰活血颗粒治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的疗效观察
Clinical effect of Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granule on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granule on the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were given conventional treatment in the department of gastroenterology, affiliated traditional chinese medicine hospital, southwest medical university were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given tube feeding or oral administration of Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granule combined with enema, and those in the control group were given tube feeding or oral administration of Qingyi Lidan Granule combined with enema. The scores of symptoms and signs, serum amylase, white blood cell count, and response rate were recorded on admission and on days 3 and 7 after admission. Results:After treatment, both groups had significant improvements in the scores of symptoms and signs (P ＜0.05), with significantly lower scores on day 7 (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, both groups had significant reductions in serum amylase and white blood cell count (P ＜ 0.05), and the experimental group had significantly greater reductions (P ＜ 0.05).The experimental group had a significantly higher response rate than the control group (93.3％ vs 73.3％, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: In patients with severe acute pancreatitis who receive conventional basic treatment, Chaihuang Qingyi Huoxue Granule can significantly reduce the scores of symptoms and signs, serum amylase level, and white blood cell count and increase the response rate, with a better clinical effect than Qingyi Lidan Granule.关键词
