宫颈癌放疗中股骨头的剂量研究

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of internal and external beam radiotherapy on the dose to the femoral head in cervical cancer radiotherapy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy planforten patients with cervical cancer who were randomly selected and received preoperative radiotherapy. The femoral head dose to 5% of the volume (D5) of each patient at different prescribeddoses was calculated and the corresponding equivalent dose in 2 Gy per fraction (EQD2, the radiation dose given under the unconventionallyfractionated condition, which is equivalent to the dose under the conventionallyfractionated irradiation condition of 2 Gy/F) was calculated, and the calculated EQD2 value of the femoral head D5 afterexternal beam radiotherapywas added tothe EQD2 value corresponding to the internal beam radiotherapy. Results: At a prescribed dose of 5 000 cGy/28 F, the total EQD2 of the femoral head D5 was greater than 5 000 cGy in three of theten patients, accounting for about 30%; at aprescribed dose of 4 800 cGy/26 F, the total EQD2 of the unilateral femoral head D5 was greater than 5 000 cGy in three patients;the total EQD2 of the femoral head D5 in 10 patients did not exceed5000 cGy at a prescribed dose of 4 500 cGy/25 F. Conclusion: For patients with cervical cancer who receive preoperativeradiotherapy, the contribution ofbrachytherapy to the femoral head dose should be fully considered.关键词
