Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid plus infantile massage on the treatment of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of the spleen in transportation. Methods: Sixty cases of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of the spleen in transportation were equally randomized into massage group and massage plus Chinese medicine group. The massage group was treated with infantile massage, while the massage plus Chinese medicine group was treated with infantile massage plus Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid. All patients were treated for 2 weeks. Results: After treatment, the cure rate of the massage plus Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the massage group (66.67％ vs 40.00％, P ＜ 0.05). The main syndrome score and total score of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly lower in the massage plus Chinese medicine group than in the massage group (both P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid plus infantile massage has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of the spleen in transportation.关键词
