Abstract
The quality control key points of pure cotton color spun yarn were discussed.The production key points of color spun yarn were introduced.Moreover, the reasonable solutions were put forward against the difficulties for the quality control in each process.Meanwhile, the influence of temperature & humidity, special spinning equipment, processing configuration, equipment, operation management on quality were analyzed.It is considered that not only the configuration of reasonable processing parameters is needed for the production of color spun yarn, better equipment foundation should be haven, but also thorough production management system and higher level of foundation management are required for enterprises.关键词
