摘要
Abstract
Technology measures to improve spinning quality in spinning process were discussed.Main factors affecting spinning quality in spinning process were analyzed.Corresponding solutions were put forward from aspects of mechanical operation state of spinning frame, selection of special drafting parts and accessories, optimization of spinning parameter, application of twisting and winding accessories, operation management and the temperature & humidity control in workshop.It is pointed out that in actual production, ideas and counter measures should be found out according to specific conditions of spinning varieties and user standards, so as to ensure the long-term stability of yarn eveness, thick places, thin places, neps and other index.It is considered that fine management in spinning process is the key to stable yarn quality.关键词
