摘要

Abstract

Combined microwave polymerization with traditional solution polymerization, we choose four factors, such as the addition amount of film-former, wetting agent, crosslinking agent, and reaction temperature, which have a greater influence on the performance of dust suppressant, to carry on the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment, take the filtration rate, moisture absorption rate and pH value as the characterization objects, simultaneously do the intuitive analysis and variance analysis of the results, ultimately determine the optimum composition of it, at the same time, process the performance verification experiment, including the physical properties detection, integrated thermal analysis, wind resistance, moisture reservation. Results show that the oxidation decomposition temperature of sample is 217 ℃, the effective dust suppression time could catch up to 3 d, under the condition of wind speed of 15 m/s, the wind erosion rate on the surface of the coal dust is only 4.93%.
