Abstract
In view of the phenomenon that the material characteristic parameters of the yielding tube have no clear influence on the yielding effect, four factors and three levels, including wall thickness, steel grade, medium drum diameter and straight pipe length of the yielding tube, are selected to carry out the orthogonal numerical simulation tests, the sensitivity of the material property parameter of the yielding tube to the dynamic yielding load factor was studied by orthogonal test. The experimental results show that: the sensitivity degree of the four material property parameters from big to small is wall thickness > medium drum diameter > steel grade > straight pipe length. With the increase of the wall thickness and the medium drum diameter, the dynamic yielding load factor increases and the yielding effect weakens. while the steel grades and the straight pipe length have the opposite effect on the dynamic yielding load factor, and with the increase of the parameters, the influence of the steel grade and the straight pipe length on the dynamic yielding load factor is opposite, and with the increase of the parameters, the coefficient of dynamic yielding load is reduced and the effect of pressure is enhanced.关键词
