Abstract

High quality and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines is an important prerequisite for safe coal mining. The characteristics, present situation, causes and countermeasures of mechanical and electrical safety accidents in coal mines in China are analyzed. The mechanical and electrical accidents in China coal mines have repeatability, complexity, randomness and induction; the number of mechanical and electrical accidents has decreased year by year, but the proportion of the total number of coal mine accidents has increased year by year. This paper analyzes the causes of mechanical and electrical accidents in coal mines from the perspectives of personnel, equipment and system, and proposes corresponding measures from the aspects of capital investment, personnel training management and system construction, which provides a reference for preventing and dealing with mechanical and electrical accidents in coal mines.
