Abstract
Objective To explore the role and effect of information management nurse in nursing quality management. Methods One information management nurse was selected from each clinical nursing units of our hospital and then the changes of nursing quality management indicators were comapred before and after the selection. Results After the selection of information management nurse, the quality of care management indicators was improved significantly and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events was decreased from 5.08％ to 2.42％ per year and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the satisfaction of inpatients with nursing services increased from 95％ to 98％. Conclusion Information management nurse plays a role in nursing quality management, which can greatly improve the quality of care and inpatient satisfaction, and significantly reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.关键词
