384名实习护生跨文化护理能力现状及影响因素分析
Cross-cultural Nursing Ability of 384 Nursing Students and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo and influence factors of cross-cultural nursing ability of nursing students, and to provide reference for the reform of intercultural nursing teaching in medical colleges and universities. Methods A total of 384 nursing interns from 2 medical colleges and universities in Fujian province were conveniently selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire and Medical Intercultural Communicative Competence Scale. Factors affecting were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results The score of intercultural communicative competence of nursing students was 113.91±23.13 and multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background, curriculum learning experience, nursing experience of foreign patients and intercultural contact pathway were the main influence factors (P<0.05). Conclusion Cross-cultural nursing ability of nursing students is in a mediate or below level and it is influenced by educational background, curriculum learning experience, nursing experience of foreign patients and intercultural contact pathway. The curriculum of intercultural nursing and teachers should be optimized to cultivate students' cross-cultural ability systematically. The cooperation of medical practice and teaching and more opportunities of intercultural contact will benefit the improvement of intercultural nursing ability of nursing students.关键词
