摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of cumbersome calculation and repeated adjustment for the traditional recuperator design, the technology of template based rapid design for recuperators is studied in this paper. Adopting the design method combining case-based reasoning and parametric design methods, the template design of the recuperator including the templating of case-based reasoning,size dimension calculation and parametric design is realized through the VB programming, and the template based rapid design method for the recuperator is formed. Taking the design of a typical single-cylinder recuperator as an example,the feasibility of the technology for realizing rapid and correct design of the recuperator is verified. The template based rapid design technology proposed in this paper realizes the integration of the recuperator design and improves the design efficiency.
