中国香港特别行政区科技创新能力状况分析
An Analysis of the Science, Technology and Innovation Capability of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China

Abstract
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China, with its unique advantages, will play an important role in the collaborative innovation and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (the China Greater Bay Area). Based on statistical data, this paper quantitatively analyzes the characteristics of science, technology and innovation activities in Hong Kong SAR from the aspects of R&D expenditure, patent output and high-tech product trade. It's found that the Hong Kong SAR's comprehensive competitiveness is among the highest in the world, and it is an important hub for the import and export of hightech products in China. The higher education institutions have strong scientific research capabilities, but the overall scale of R&D activities is small, and the industrial innovation capability is relatively weak. In the future, the Hong Kong SAR should seize the strategic opportunity of the China Greater Bay Area construction, and integrate into the collaborative innovation system to promote the International Science and Technology Innovation Center construction of the China Greater Bay Area.关键词
