Influence of Ethnic Cultural Tourism on the Development of Minority Women——A Case Study of the Binglanggu Hainan Li and Miao Cultural Heritage Park

Abstract
The study analyzes the impact of the ethnic cultural tourism in Binglanggu Hainan Li and Miao Cultural Heritage Park on the development of Li women with the female Li minority employees in the park as the subjects and personal interview as the research method. The results show that as the size of the Binglanggu expands and its gaining the status of 5 A scenery site, Li minority women from different regions and of various ages and education backgrounds have been flooding to the park and have been deeply engaged in ethnic cultural exploration and demonstration, and tourism service and management. Meanwhile, we can see that the participation in tourism has enhanced the degree of professionalism and economic gains of Li women, the continuous reconstruction and realization of culture has strengthened the recognition and cultural self-confidence and self-consciousness of their ethnic identity, working in the park has promoted Li woman 's self-progress and development, and tourism activity has also exerted a positive impact on their values and lifestyles.关键词
