Abstract
In view of the uncertainty of software requirement changes, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the changes of demand in the process of software project development from two aspects of team factors and customer factors.Through the study of a number of companies and teams, a number of demand change models are compared, the effects of different models on the project development work are compared, and the optimal requirement change model is obtained.This model has the characteristics of integrity of the document, synchronization of development and management and low maintenance cost.关键词
