摘要

Abstract

With the constant improvement of the national power grid for power supply quality requirements, the electric power industry has adopted many technical means to ensure the grid frequency is relatively stable, and primary frequency control, as one of the most important of methods has had wide attention and application.But because the electric power dispatching center employs the remote system to achieve a power plant of the cuckoo primary frequency control performance of the supervision and examination, considering the complexity of the power plant environment, the issue of the assessment results are often inconsistent with the actual frequency modulation.So in order to solve this problem, this paper proposes an assessment system of primary frequency control based on power plant environment, which uses Winpcap data capture and interception to collect the primary frequency-related parameters of the PMU device, and uses the power contribution calculation method for the performance of the power plant's actual primary frequency modulation unit.According to the corresponding assessment results, the assessment and analysis of the primary frequency modulation of the unit was realized based on the real-time data of the unit of Longyou Power Plant.
