Abstract

Aiming at the problem of constant tension control of continuous rolling machine unwinding system, due to the characteristics of time-varying, non-linearity and coupling, the conventional PID control effect is bad, and a method of unwinding tension control is proposed by combining auto-disturbance rejection control method The According to the mechanism of unwinding operation, the mathematical model of the unwinding process is simulated, the static and dynamic decoupling model is deduced, and the linear auto-disturbance-rejection controller is designed. The simulation experiment is carried out by comparing the controller with the conventional PID control. Experiments show that the controller can make the tension of the fabric in the unwinding process to maintain a constant, improve the stability of the system and anti-jamming.
