中医情志护理对高血压患者治疗依从性以及家庭功能的影响
Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Family Function for Patients with Hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM emotional nursing on treatment compliance and family function for patients with hypertension.Methods:94 patients with primary hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects, the patients were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group.The controlled group patients were given routine nursing, the observation group were given TCM mental nursing and individual health education propaganda.The antihypertensive effects were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention, and blood pressure level, self rating anxiety scale score (self-rating anxiety, scale, SAS), self rating depression scale (self-rating depression scale, SDS), quality of life score and medication compliance scores and scores of family function before and after nursing intervention of the two groups were compared.Results: (1) The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.49％ (43/47), which was significantly higher than 70.21％ (33/47) of the controlled group (X2=6.871, P = 0.009); (2) The two groups of patients with diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and SAS score and SDS score were significantly decreased after nursing intervention, and the observation group were significantly lower than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05); (3) The various dimensions scores of quality of life in the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly increased, and the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05); (4) The compliance score, family function dimension and total scores after nursing intervention of the controlled group did not change significantly (P＞ 0.05), while the scores of the observation group after the nursing intervention were significantly increased, and significantly higher those of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of health education and individualized TCM emotional nursing can effectively improve patient medication compliance in patients with hypertension, improve the hypotensive effect, reduce anxiety and depression of patients, improve the family function, and further improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
