基于文献计量学探究2型糖尿病的针灸辨治特点
Exploration on Treatment Differentiation Feature of Acupuncture in Preventing and Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mllitus Based on Bibliometrics

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the treatment differentiation feature of acupuncture in preventing and treating type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2 DM).Methods:Searching the relevant literatures between 2007 and 2017 at VIP, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang Database, this paper has analyzed the selection meridians, acupoints and therapies by bibliometrics.Results:A total of 66 related articles were included.All 99 acupoints in 14 meridians were used.The Stomach Meridian, the Spleen Meridian, the Bladder Meridian, the Conception Vessel and the Kidney Meridian were the first five ones.There were 53 specific acupoints and 17 extra acupoints.The five-Shu, the back-Shu and the Yi-Shu, Jiangtang acupoints were mostly selected.Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Pishu, Shenshu, Zhongwan, Qihai, Guangyuan in acupoints were mostly used.The filiform needle therapy were used the highest frequency.Conclusion:T2 DM can be prevented and treated with acupuncture basing on the theory Qi, blood stasis and phlegm.The specific acupoints and extra acupoints are supplementary to each other.Varied acupuncture therapies should be selected in the different stages of this disease so as to decrease the incidence and progression of diabetes and improve effectiveness.关键词
