摘要

Abstract

The effect of eliminating arsenic process on water content in arsenic sulfide slag was studied.The results show that the precipitation rate of arsenic is 98.04% and the water content in arsenic sulfide slag is only 29.88% under the conditions of sodium sulfide amount of 1.1times as much as the theoretical amount, reaction temperature of 40℃, stirring speed of 40r/min, sodium sulfide concentration of200g/L, reaction time of 3hand polymerized ferric sulfate amount of 1.5g/L.By the technology, the annual production cost can be saved 2.0139 million yuan for the enterprises which annual deals with100 thousand cubic meters of waste acid and annual output 6 000 tarsenic sulfide residue.
