Synergistic Remediation of Arsenic-contaminated Soil in Tailing Area by Plant-microorganism

Abstract
The synergistic remediation of plant and microorganism on arsenic/contaminated soil was researched.Thirteen species of plants with good growth and their rhizospheric soil from a tailing area in Hechi, Guangxi were selected as test samples.The arsenic mass fraction is as high as 5.708g/kg.The plants which meet the hyperaccumulator conditions are Cyperus alternifolius and Eremochloa ciliaris (Linn.) Merr.The Cyperus alternifolius has best accmulation and migration effect for arsenic.The strains of CP3 and CP7are selected from the soil samples with the highest arsenic mass fraction.The results show that the plants' height and fresh weight of mixed bacterium of CP3 and CP7groups are 57.80% and 46.51% which are higher than the control group, and the rate of accmulation and migration for arsenic are 64.87% and 21.08% which are higher than the control group.It is proved that the mixed bacteria is contribute to Cyperus alternifolius for accumulating arsenic and can be used for synergistic remediation of the arsenic-contaminated soil.关键词
