胃腺癌组织长链非编码RNA TUG1表达变化及其与p53蛋白的关系
Expression of long non-coding RNA TUG1 and its relationship with p53 protein in gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective Toobserve the expression of taurine up-regulated gene 1 (TUG1) in the gastric cancer tissues and to analyze the correlation between TUG1 and p53 protein.Methods In this study, 108 cases of gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected.P53 expression level was detected by Immunohistochemistry.The real-time PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of TUG1, and its relationship with clinicopathological features was analyze.ResultsThe mRNA expression of TUG1 in the gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues (2.36±1.01 vs.0.93±0.54, P<0.01).TUG1 was correlated with tumor differentiation, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis (P<0.05).TUG1 was highly expressed in gastric cancer that was poorly differentiated, T3-T4stage, with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.However, there was no correlation between TUG1 and gender, age, tumor size, vessel invasion, and perineural invasion.The protein expression of P53 in the gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in the normal tissues (61%vs.39%, P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that the high expression of TUG1 was positively correlated with p53 expression (r=0.204, P<0.05).ConclusionLncRNA TUG1 expression increases in the gastric cancer and is correlated with the expression of p53 protein, which may be a new target for the therapy of gastric cancer.关键词
