摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study efficacy and safety of Songling Xuemaikang capsule combined with CCB in treating hypertension. Methods: All documents which recorded experiments on hypertension patients treated with Songling Xuemaikang capsule and CCB were retrieved by computer from Pubmed, Wanfang database, database and Chinese Biomedical Database, VIP database from setting up to 2014, According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 12 documents with 1 621 patients was concluded. The clinical curative effect, the decrease value of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol were chosen as indices, Meta analysis was performed by RevMan5.3 software.Results: ①The OR of clinical curative effect was 2.49, 95% CI[1.81, 3.41], P<0.000 01. It showed that curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. ②The decrease values in systolic blood pressure was (WMD=-8.58, 95% CI[-11.17, -5.99], P=0.000 01).③The decrease value of diastolic blood pressure was (WMD=-6.96, 95% CI[-9.95, -3.97], P=0.000 01). ④ The total cholesterol was (WMD=-0.67, 95% CI[-1.08, -0.26], P=0.001) ⑤The triglyceride was (WMD=-0.41, 95% CI [-0.62, -0.21], P=0.000 1) ⑥The high density lipoprotein cholesterol way (WMD=0.89, 95% CI [0.33, 1.45], P=0.002). Conclusion: Songling Xuemaikang capsule combined with CCB is effective, security to hypertension.
