Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the acute toxicity and accumulated toxicity of Shenmaiganan (SMGA) capsule in mice.Methods:The acute toxicity test of SMGA capsule was measured with the Bliss method by intragastric administration.Accumulated toxicity and tolerance were evaluated with cumulative coefficient by periodic dose increment method.Results:The LD50 of SMGA was (4 160.50±350.42) mg/kg and the cumulative coefficient (K) was more than 5. In the tolerance test, the death rate of control group was 60％, but it was 0％ in SMGA capsule group. Conclusion:The LD50 of SMGA was4160.50 mg/kg, SMGA has weak accumulation and certain tolerance in mice. It is less likely to cumulative poison.关键词
