不同剂量消瘀散结抑癌灌肠剂对人前列腺癌移植瘤裸鼠的影响
Effects of different doses of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe on prostate cancer xenografts in nude mice

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of different doses of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe on prostate cancer xenografts in nude mice. Methods:Human prostate cancer PC3 cell suspension cultured in vitro was injected into nude mice by subcutaneous inoculation. 59 nude mice were randomly divided into four groups after the inoculation, 15 rats in each group. After 10 days of successful inoculation, the low, middle and high dose groups of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema were treated with different doses of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe, once every other day for 30 days. The low dose group was 0.44 g/mL, the middle dose group was 0.87 g/mL, and the high dose group was 1.74 g/mL. The control group was given the same dose of saline. The tumors size, food intake and the weight of mice normatively in the test were recorded and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. Results:The tumor size of nude mice in the middle and high dose groups of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe was significantly different that of the control group (P＜0.05). The inhibition rates of low, medium and high dose groups of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe were 6.20％, 21.71％ and 23.26％respectively, and the inhibition rates were positively correlated with drug concentration. The body weight of nude mice in the low, middle and high dose groups of Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe was significantly different that of the control group (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). Conclusion:The growth of xenograft tumors in nude mice was inhibited by Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe. The inhibition rate was proportional to the drug concentration. Xiaoyu Sanjie anticancer enema recipe could improve the quality of life of nude mice bearing tumors and affect their weight and food intake, which is closely related to the drug concentration.关键词
