Abstract
Objective:To determine the appropriate germination bed of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao'seed germination and to provide evidence for its quality control detection method. Methods:The rationality of seeding on the paper, seeding on the sand and seeding in the sand was evaluated by the situation of cotyledon breaking seed coat and primary leaf spreading. Result:With the method of seeding on the sand and seeding in the sand, the cotyledon can break the seed coat successfully and the primary leaves can also spread normally. The germination rate can be reflected correctly, the effects of mechanical treatment on seeds can be known with the method of seeding in the sand. It can provide the basis for sowing rate of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao. Conclusion:Seeding in the sand is the best method in Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao'seed germination experiment.关键词
