九香虫不同提取部位抗实验性胃溃疡作用对比研究
Comparative study of effect of extracts from Aspongopus on experimental gastric ulcer rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare protective effect of different extracts from Aspongopus on experimental gastric ulcer rat models. Methods:Gastric ulcer rats were induced by Intragastric administration of ethanol and stress-induced stimulus respectively, then the rats in different groups were given Aspongopus fatty oil, amino acids, the decoction and cimetidine tablets respectively, the ulcer index was observed and compared. Results:Compared with the model group, ulcer index was decreased in Aspongopus fat oil group (P＜0.01). Conclusion:Aspongopus has protective effects to ulcer.Its effective ingredient may be fatty oil.关键词
