不同浓度镉胁迫诱导乌龟脂质过氧化损伤的研究
Study on different concentration cadmium stress induced lipid peroxidation lesion of freshwater turtle (Chinemys reevesii)

Abstract
Objective:The study investigated the lipid peroxidation lesion of freshwater turtle Chinemys reevesii exposed to different concentration cadmium. Methods:The experimental turtles were randomly divided into control group, 7.5 mg/kg group, 15 mg/kg group and 30 mg/kg group, and were exposed to 0 mg/kg, 7.5 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg sterile cadmium chloride and normal saline separately by intraperitoneal injection. Results:Compared with the control group, SOD, CAT activities and content of GSH in plasma of the 7.5 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg groups were decreased in 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. However, content of MDA was increased. Conclusion:Experiment turtles exposed to cadmium at the concentration of 7.5 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg were led to oxidative Lesion.关键词
