摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of surfactant SDS on total flavonoids extracted by ultrasonic and reflux extraction from flossophoraeimmaturus. Methods:Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to join or not influence was compared on the extraction yield in the ultrasonic and reflux extraction of sophora japonica flavonoids. Results:The addition of SDS could increase the extraction rate of total flavones in water ultrasonic extraction and water reflux extraction. The addition of SDS did not affect the extraction yield of total flavones in ethanol ultrasonic extraction and ethanol reflux extraction. Conclusion:In many kinds of extraction, ethanol reflux extraction total flavonoids from flossophoraeimmaturus, extraction yield the highest, the addition of SDS don't have the solubilization extraction effect.关键词
